Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [COMPANY NAME] (“we”). Using Nekocut, on the web or in the iOS app, means you agree to them.
Your clips are your responsibility
Nekocut is for editing and syncing. It is not a storage or backup service. Keep your own copies of your footage, projects and exports.
- Cloud copies are a temporary sync, for sharing and for editing or exporting on another device.
- We may delete them: for example free preview copies after 14 days without use, when you move your free sync slot, when a plan ends, or when you remove them.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or deleted clips, projects or exports.
Your content
You own what you make and upload. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and sync it for you and the people you share it with. You must have the rights to anything you upload.
Use
You must be 13 or older. Nothing illegal, and no abuse of the service: no attacks, spam, scraping or getting around limits. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, for abuse or for breaking these terms. We may change or stop the service.
Plans and billing
- Current plans, limits and prices are in the app under Account ▸ Manage account. Free-plan limits can change.
- Pro renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel a card subscription in Manage account, or an App Store one in your Apple account’s Subscriptions.
- Card refunds are at our discretion. App Store refunds are Apple’s, under its policies.
- A price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you.
Support and agents
Support replies may be drafted with AI and checked by a person. They can still be wrong. You are responsible for what any tool you give an agent key does with your project.
No warranty, limited liability
Nekocut is provided “as is”, without warranties, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, content or profits. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months and US$50. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply as far as it does.
The iOS app
Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the App Store app, alongside these terms. Where they conflict about the app licence, Apple’s wins. Apple is not responsible for Nekocut or its support.
Law and changes
The laws and courts of [JURISDICTION] apply. We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. Using Nekocut afterwards means you accept them.
